| The first question that comes to mind is what name does she have on her ID? If it's in her current, married name, how is a new Deed going to be notarized to change previous vesting? Will they use the FKA there? Like you and Gerard said, the notary still has to identify the signer for each document, as named in that document individually, without depending on what's been done in some other document (like a Name Affidavit). |
