want to invest the time to draw up a new Grant Deed (of other terms meaning the property hasn't been sold & names are being correct, added, or taken off title.)
Again, IMO it's easiest to do that at a time of refi's, and then the docs can be drawn in her new (married name).
I don't know about MD, but here in VA they can do that even after the fact. They need to get someone to draw up the new Grant Deed or have it recorded. It doesn't necessarily affect the loan.
Without the name correction, this issue will continue until it's corrected on vesting.
