| I didn't read all the replies so I'm the question was explained in depth. I can only go by California's example. In notary classes, I taught the students that the venue was the county where their shoes were. I never gave much thought to why it was important except that if you failed to write it in the recorder would reject it. RON notarizations in my opinion create a real property ticking time bomb that has to be addressed before it becomes law and maybe it has. The real test will come when the properties lose value and the owners walk away. |
