I had a very bad signing experience with Signature Mobile Services, LLC and I want to write out to suggest other notaries pay attention.
I did one seller's package's signing through snapdocs for this company. Around 22 pages , agreed fee was $65. They uploaded docs around 2pm , signing time was 3pm , because of traffic ( signer changed the address ) and I also had other signings , I did this signing around 4pm. This company also need scan back , so there was no way I can make 5pm's next day drop off.
You know what happened ? They deduct $40 from signing fee for late drop off and they charged signer $190 . I only got $25 with 30 minutes on the way . They are so nasty, they didn't deduct this $40 right away but after I dropped off the docs.
Such a unpleasant experience , made me want to give up notary career.
