|I'm not very enthusiastic about the idea "this was much ado about nothing". I don't know how badly Mary Jones needed the cash. I don't know what kind of interest rate she was getting or if that rate was about to expire. But I there's a strong possibility that Mary Jones didn't think of the transaction as "nothing". The fact that the title doesn't care enough to put the documents in a form where Mary can just sign "Mary L. Jones" isn't our fault, but that doesn't mean it isn't a serious situation.|
MW/VA wrote "If she was signing with the AKA & acknowledged the AKA that should have been enough." I don't know what that means. Does it mean that under the circumstances, there is adequate proof that Mary is also known as "Mary I. Jones"?
