One thing I didn't notice was an effective date. My state has passed RULONA, so wouldn't be affected, except that my state hasn't passed rules yet to obtain a special endorsement for electronic notarization and RON. If the law got passed, signed, and went into effect before my state adopts rules, it would be the wild wild west in the east. |
