They asked for signatures, to make sure they match with the signatures on mainly the DOT, but all critical notarized documents. I sent them the entire entries, because this needs to close without a hitch and I over killed it. I signed these people in 2020 just as COVID hit and they are movers, shakers and doers, pandemic or not.
I saw them in the evening and they asked if I would like a glass of wine. Nope, no can do. Gotta get home in one piece. Nice borrowers. They do a lot in town.
The interest rate wasn't that bad...9.75 for a short term loan they can easily pay back within a year. |
