| They pay so little for a modification I requested $50 instead of $30 for two modifications that I was assigned they said no. The $30 is so low for the industry and the notaries that take it make it difficult for the more experience notaries, Please stop accepting fees so low. I have been in the industry for over 40 years. I was a paralegal in NY, a realtor and a title closer. The fees are getting less instead of increasing the banks make so much money and they pay the notaries so little. We are the face these people see we put ouselves in harms way many times the places we go. The least the lenders and title companies can do it pay us what we are worth.
