Well, they do have outdated software and unfortunately, there seems to be a limitless supply of notaries out there who DO NOT understand the cost of travel.......both in out-of-pocket cost AND time. Apparently, the time it takes them to drive 50 miles each way for a $65 signing is worth nothing to them.
