| I don't know why Staples would advertise RON anywhere, because I'm not familiar with the financial arrangement between Staples and whichever company actually does the RON. But why would Staples care what the law is about CA notaries doing RON. All they care about is whether the Staples customer in CA can get a RON, and Staples can get their cut of the action. |
