add up. Maybe, theoretically, having a 'tech' on site would make this method more attractive to non-techy folks? The people behind RON are leaving no stone unturned. And for big companies, it's just 'one more little task' for their employees--who are already being paid an hourly wage, so no 'extra $' for them---just the company!
