Maybe the notary thought it was back in the "Covid" era of most anything goes  ....just sign and I'll fill in later, peek in through a window and watch you, give you a stack through a car window... skype it...the list goes on and on...
I am just kidding about the notary thinking that now, but we all know the right way and the lazy illegal probably way of doing things in this profession and that sets us experienced notaries apart.
