I am so thankful for the 69,000+ notaries we have worked with over the years, many of which I call good friends, and many others I’ve enjoyed mentoring.
Unfortunately, while we make it very clear in our instructions, it is often missed that a notary must send an invoice to Accounting@PrestigeNotaries.Com and upload a W9 to receive payment from Prestige. If you work with a different signing service on NotaryDash then you’ll need to contact that signing service for payment even if NotaryDash writes the checks. NotaryDash does provide a vendor pay system for signing services, but can only send payment once monies are sent to NotaryDash.
If you have sent your invoice for Prestige and are not getting the support you feel you deserve from my staff, my personal cell phone number is listed at the bottom of every confirmation email. I will always make sure you receive payment. If you need that number again, it’s 850-266-1501, if you don’t reach me by phone then PLEASE text me. I do not want you to go unpaid regardless of what anyone would have you believe otherwise.
