Her forum alias is Jennifer Glover (as is her name associated with Prestige and Notary Dash) however her profile shows Jennifer Garland.
Both names are listed as commissioned in FL (in fact there's a few) so can't help from a Florida perspective. I did find Jennifer Garland Lake Mary, FL on the numbers site - with this at the end of the information (which gave me a bit of a chuckle) "We cover ALL Counties in the State of Washington.
