WOM mostly. I have around a dozen companies that call me. There is no rhyme or reason. Lawyers, lenders, insurance companies primarily. I like you am fairly remote. Right now a lot of ag businesses are in trouble so I am having a run on business equipment loans. I do not often need a business card.
Reputation is everything. I began doing these for over 12 years. It began with my foreclosure work. I am seeing that activity again for about a year. |
