The Closing Exchange Vs. Signature Closers
Posted by  Yoli/CA of CA on 12/6/24 11:28am Msg #649777
Are these 2 companies somehow affiliated?

Numerous times yesterday received blast offer from The Closing Exchange for refi signing today in South Lake Tahoe, CA (99.7 miles from me, over a 2-hour drive one-way) for the "amazing" fee of $45. Several of those times, I countered with my $475 fee. Of course, no response.

Today, I get an email and text from Signature Closers for that same signing for the increased fee of $95. Again, I countered with my fee. This time, I received an acknowledgement response that my availability and fee will be noted.

Just found it interesting that these two companies are squawking the same long-haul file and both offer low fees.
