Looked up a couple of those names: Sandra Menjivar and Arielle Devay. They're both with LegalZoom. Guess that's how they're the "agents" for several entities. Companies who use LegalZoom to incorporate or form LLC are given the option to use "registered agents" from LegalZoom or name anyone else. So, essentially IMO, those listed 4 agents may have practically nothing to do with the actual workings of any company. They're just someone who can accept mail or legal documents.
The actual "head honchos" for NotarizeNow.us are the listed members: Miranda and Ronald Ramsay.
