I had a similar issue when printing for personal reasons on a different type of paper. Open a document, click print, Click on 'Page setup' >'paper' tab. There's a scrollable menu of different types of paper. Make sure that the 'paper type' is correct. (This could also be something set wrong ON the printer's menu screen, too. This won't be easy.) Apparently, different types of paper can mean that the heat output of the fuser changes depending upon what type of paper it's printing on. When I changed to the actual type of paper I was using, the print stuck (fused) to the paper. |
