Received a signing order from PGN, LLC. Documents provided for printing were signature pages only for an entire estate trust plan. The actual documents were supposedly emailed to the signers. instructions were to scan these signature pages and return in pdf format because they were going to use them to record.
Question for California Notaries: Aren't we still presenting complete documents with all pages to our signers?
Also, this seems to be in opposition to MOU's filed with the County Recorders offices so it would be the recording platform's ultimate problem, but anyone else here uncomfortable with complying with a request like this?
