The public is curious and should be, but it's not for the courts to decide that. It's between the lawyers and how they settled it. Dominion's settlement didn't state that FOX had to make a public apology or discuss it, admit to wrong or do anything. The numbers probably say it all and it's a sealed case, meaning no one is allowed to disclose anything about it. Deceit, lying and the rest happen every day in courts and that's why they win or settle before a trial. Happens in business, it happens in divorces, it happens in the workplace. Not sure why everyone finds this disturbing or shocking. |
