This new law could very likely reverse the high rate of fatalities and serious injuries, property losses and life changing events. Why has it taken so long to get this law enacted anywhere? It could be a national trend. I hope so.

How many miles does your rig get to a gallon city and freeway? I'm looking at a Subaru hybrid!
