Indiana has had the "cold beer" law for some time now.
You can buy cold beer at a liquor store, but not at a grocery or convenience store!
The brewers do not like it because warm beer loses quality faster than cold beer, they would like beer to be shipped in refrigerated trucks and sold cold.
So, if you do buy warm beer, get it in the fridge ASAP!
