Agree with MW/VA regarding: "I do write my name, commission no., & expiration date if it's there to be completed." I do as well. This particular certificate did not ask for that.

Still debating with myself whether to make an issue of it. Just wondering if I'm being too proprietary ... or too retaliatory.

Here's the whole story: This company says I have missing initials next to hand written dates on RTC. (They sent me the entire completed package in pdf) There are initial lines at transaction date and midnight date. Borrower wrote in and initialed transaction date. Borrower wrote in and initialed midnight date. Borrower wrote in date he received notice. Borrower then signed and dated the form. There was NO initial line at "received" date or at "signature date" line. I just happened to flip over to next document, which happened to be the DOT and noticed the add-on.

So, am I being petty? Wink
