| The refurbished printer bought from this place keeps giving me problems. I was printing a 130-page loan document package when all of sudden the printer decided to stop at page 27 and in this business, there is no time for troubleshooting at that moment so I sent the file to another printer of the many that I have in my computer and finished the job. When I was preparing my docs and reviewing them I decided to turn off and on the HP 4350 to see what was going on but before that, I went over to my printer on my settings to cancel that job that got suspended by the printer itself and canceled the job. When I rebooted the printer it started to print where she left and printed the rest of the package from page 28 to 130. The other day the same I was printing a seller's package around 50 pages and then it stopped at a certain page and I end up with 3 copies. I have contacted The Printer Pros several times and now I am requesting a replacement but so far not very good response from them. |
