Do not know anything about HP's but if it prints fine from printer #2, you know it's an issue with printer #1 and not the file. Could be a memory issue that can only hold do much and sticks at that page point area? Aggravating to say the least and undependable...you can't be sure all is being printed correctly, skipped a page, or on the right page size Frown I hope customer service is good with this for you.
