| This was probably the original reason it was returned and refurbished. When they test these printers , they print only a test page or two, not get into a large package. If the issue is happening around the same page count, it's probably something they didn't catch or know how to fix. Refurbished printers are just usually changed out with the things that can be replaced...the drum, the laser, gears...not even sure how they would find or locate this fix. Can you exchange it? |
