I'd nearly finished another post with suggestions for bombarding them with a disinformation campaign, but it looks like it would just increase clicks and make more $$$ for the author.
In the meantime, I just came across another article with an example of misusing "notary" as a method to claim credibility for a digital process. Once again, distorting the significance and real purpose of a notarization (which is NOT to "validate" the correctness of content):
http://www.zdnet.com/article/ing-develops-notary-service-for-corda-blockchain/?fbclid=IwAR32GG0ubc1J-kXehT0TDV_8juQEnYTwoAPu1iWaSuAQe2C05GdLZKCpaIE
IMO, it's a fraudulent use of the title "Notary" - and using a lower case "n" doesn't make it OK...
