I'd nearly finished another post with suggestions for bombarding them with a disinformation campaign, but it looks like it would just increase clicks and make more $$$ for the author. 
In the meantime, I just came across another article with an example of misusing "notary" as a method to claim credibility for a digital process. Once again, distorting the significance and real purpose of a notarization (which is NOT to "validate" the correctness of content):
