Yea pretty much... as the Tennis moms putt putt around doing $40 signings, SS do not care about quality. I do 5-6 re-signs a week of single docs were org. can't go out because of some conflict. 2nd problem is if the SS or Escrow is in your neighborhood... schedulers call their friends and relatives first. My LOs biggest concern is that I am the last person their clients interact with, this should be the banking industries too. Even when requested it often goes to someone else.
