| Newbies stop taking low rates $40 dollars.... It is killing our Industry! The truth is you can't pay your bills on low rates. You will have to work harder; however, no one is telling you that. I started raising my rates. If we all set a standard it will allow us all to benefit. We need people to hold out to get better pay. After, 3 to 6 months of experiences stop taking low rates. Is it just me? What do you think? |
