Slightly off topic but relevant no less. I was contacted decades ago by a company that pays photographers to visit businesses and take photos for insurance purposes. They used the same scattershot method that is now (a decade later) used by Snapdox. I would get a text message for an assignment that payed $10 - $20 and that would get snapped up before I could even log into my messages. Obviously these respondents were not concerned about the money they just needed something to do. Lowball signing fees? Well a housewife or house husband can make a cool $40 while the husband or wife babysits the kids. And don't believe for one minute it's all about the money. |
