Setting Fees, Aside from Notarization Fee per Signature

As a mobile notary &/or notary signing agent, how do you derive a schedule of competitive flat fees from car maintenance, computer & printer maintenance, & supplies expense analysis? I am trying to figure out how to do this, after calculating my expenses and time spent on 3 or 4 NSA assignments.
