| Sad thing is, in most cases, I prefer it more. I like ATM's for deposits and withdrawls, I like self check out lanes, I like ordering online all my supplies and shopping, I like ordering through a kiosk at McD's and WaWa for food, I like pumping my own gas...Truthfully the only time I really like a "real person" is customer service when I have an issue, and then expect to be attended to in less than 1 minute and not have to wait for 20 minutes in the virtual line. |
