Clearly, SD all but flattened our business
Posted by  Cheryl Elliott of CA on 10/18/19 7:55am Msg #611252
Sadly, we'll never recover from this advent. It's amazing how much this business has changed. I now work only for say a dozen companies. They pay automatically, either at close or twice a month. I will not wait more than 30 days for payment. I've quit spinning my wheels for companies who want to stretch out their payment turnaround time to notaries. It's really unfair that we're advancing the costs to sign these loans, then wait for the dwindling fees to be sent when these companies deem they are able to forward our hard-earned $$$.
