I don't know, LD

"our business is making less in this industry than anyone else in our field. The appraisers are getting paid much more than 10 years ago "

Go read Source of Title forums - title searchers, abstractors and appraisers all complain about not only the pitiful fees being paid, but the nonpayment also - just like notaries.

I do think the signing agent field as we all know it is a dying breed - thanks to the induction of RON - unless one has a large business in GNW, there won't be a lot of opportunities out there. Technology has passed many of us by, leaving us in the dust.

So grateful other doors opened for me just in time - at least I'm not a victim of these pathetically low fees being paid - saw today from another site - a FHA refi - fee of $30 - that's less than pathetic but I'm out of words to describe that insulting fee.
