I know you probably want to let this drop - but I'm just gonna throw my .02 in..
I can see why you may want to suck up the $50 - yes, maintain that good relationship - I'd probably do the same thing...BUT - I'd let them know this is a one-time thing and I hope this is not going to become the norm - it could well be a fluke on this loan....it could also well be the beginning of them lowering their fees. I'd be really leary of them from here on out. As was said - they have the lousy $50 to give you.
