It is how things tend to be done in the Escrow offices of TC's. I worked for Old Republic, Fidelity, First American, Placer Title and we all notarized at our desks later. Never at the closing table. The OP is stating that the office manager did not notarize while at the closing table. So that is actually relevant. |
