| Very important, is to work on your profile. Not only do you need to correct your English useage errors("has" vs "have"), but also make your description stand out .... to set you apart from your competition. Make a dynamic statement that says, "Hire me", vs. the many other signing agents in your service area. For starters, take a look at their profiles, then see how you can customize your own that convinces your prospective clients that you are the right person to represent them and their clients ... the lenders.
