because once the SA has been told by couple A, there is definitely a responsibility to make every attempt to protect their NPPI from couple B. These are exactly the scenarios that cause lawsuits, and the SA would be right in the middle. Just because the parties arranging the signing & documents delivery was lax about NPPI does not mean the SA no longer has a responsibility to at least make attempts to comply. Good ideas about contacting hiring party for label for those docs w/couple A's NPPI to go directly to settlement. That the doc pkg was supposed to be sent directly to couple B and not a 2nd SA tells us the SA is dealing w/a client not following << best practices>>. |
