Well the way I see it, they ALL entered into this together originally, so sort of late in the game now to dissect out information and keep it separated from individuals who are a party to the transaction. Couple "B" can refuse couples "A" refinance as it involves their stake in the property as title holders. I would let title know, but really impossible to hide documents for anyone at the closing and on title. No way would I get involved...they send it to you with instructions and stay out of it, sign who is there. We are not responsible for documents once we send them out, and even to take that responsibility of trying to hide information from title holders is not my call. JMO, good luck. It sounds like bad blood, and probably will not happen out of spite form the title holders.
