Boy are you right on with nursing home appointments being "iffy"!! I can bet all notaries have similar stories. You handled yourself wonderfully in spite of the rudeness. The sister's follow up call to you is evidence of that. Upon departing the appointment, I hope you went out to your vehicle and said a few choice words or maybe just inhaled and exhaled deeply! (O:
