that I let them know in advance for GNW that:

1. Time and travel is charged regardless of the signing completion status.
2. Additional fees may be incurred if there is a proverbial hike from the parking garage to the location of the patient/guest. Often, they will make special arrangements to meet in the foyer, lobby, etc. once I mention additional fees to time to reach the signer.
