| I did note that, unfortunately, but they left it without comment. My understanding of the VA law is that to be legally conducted, the ID verification has to be predetermined in advance and not just by use of a database. I could be wrong, but I thought it required a previous personal appearance. Anyone have an update/correction on that? If true, I doubt Mr. Triola's statement is correct. |
