I've obviously been working in the legal arena for too long, but this statement in itself says nothing. It doesn't say that the transactions have been notarizations. I don't trust the person speaking for NotaryCam. There was too much innuendo and not enough verifiable fact in his statements for my taste.
This is just more propaganda to make people think it's a good practice. Another inroad to getting through more states.
