necessarily research all the facts. Everyone knows technology is here to stay, and we're going to be impacted as well.
I'm concerned about the statement from NotaryCam. I still don't see how those notarizations are legal. As I have stated before, there's no indication that a VA notary (electronic or not) can notarize a document from another state.
