Signing services process
Posted by B/FL of FL on 7/29/15 8:33pm Msg #535532
I usually do closings through one main contact. I recently enrolled with a couple of platforms like notary rotary.com. I received two calls, neither which I could do because of my schedule. My question is this, what do signing agents do once you confirm a closing? What is the process ? Do you have contracts you send them? Do you have to sign one of theirs? Do you have to fill out a W9? Thank you for your time and input.
