The SS will send you what they need. We require nothing, but to keep your confirmation that holds them to your closing you accept that explains the terms you agree on...the amount and time they pay you, with directions, address, loan # and such.
Most want the "package" Your W9, E&O, BGC, a copy of your commission info. Pretty standard stuff before they send to accounting. that also insures you're in their system.

Always make sure you check the company you accepted to work for that they are worthy. Read the reviews, not just look at the stars...some have been falling short of not or slow paying. Anything over 30 days is really unacceptable. Some will say they pay on a certain day the following month, that's still okay, but nothing over that. Don't be afraid to call them back and return the closing if they have bad reviews. They are used to it, and we don't work for free or work harder trying to collect afterwards.
Good luck!
