looking for someone in your area. Some ss have Independent Contract Agreements they want you to sign, will ask for your Commission, BGC, E&O, etc. Many will require you to send a W-9 in order to be paid. None of this is out of the ordinary.
Always make sure they send you a confirmation, listing the fee agreed to, etc. That serves as your contract. I've never heard of an NSA having them sign a contract. |
