Re: Signing services process

My experience has been that the signing companies found me on NNA and Signing Central. If I execute one or two assignments for them, no W9 is required. No contract is signed.
If I sign three or more assignments, the signing companies have pulled my E&O, License Commission, W9 from whichever panel they use to contact me.

Some companies I work with regularly, i.e. daily (yes I do signings nearly every day except Sundays) I will sign their contract and line parts out that only benefits the signing company. I refuse to sign an unconscionable contract for any reason! If the language doesn't meet the standard of bargained for exchange, I ain't gonna sign it. I didn't go to law school just to eat my lunch or for recess! Wink)))

Namaste,
Diane WW
