I am certainly regretting ever taking a closing from Loan Processing Center. I won't bore you with all the details because anyone who has ever had a bad experience with them will already know what I just went through trying to get my full fee from them. After they offer you a ridiculously low fee and you tell them what your fee actually is, they bait you into taking the closing telling you that they will meet your fee and then 90 days later when you finally receive your check they make up excuses why they have deducted from your payment so that you ended up receiving the low fee they initially only wanted to pay you in the first place. And do you know that they are recording all these telephone conversations saying that they are going back and listening to the calls where you accepted the closing and part of your additional fee was for fax backs but there were no fax backs so they have the right to reduce the fee. They know exactly what to say when they call you to schedule the closing and they bait you because they know full well there are not going to be any fax backs and that they are going to deduct an automatic $15.00 from your pay.
And now I am receiving phone calls from David every day and e mails from Gina trying to tell me how great their company is and how they have the right to deduct $15.00 from my fee and how I am in the wrong for leaving them negative feedback and how they have all these positive reviews from other notaries because they are so great and on and on and on.
I just want my $10.00 that they shorted me and to be removed from their list. It's not even the $10.00 . . . it's the principal of the matter. |
